I am very proud to announce the Adams Scholarship award winners for Leominster.  The John and Abigail Adams Scholarship provides a tuition waiver for eight semesters of undergraduate education at a Massachusetts state college or university. A Day in the Life of a Kindergartner!
Ever wonder what your kindergartner does all day long at school?  Do you ask them how their day was and only get one word answers?  Or do you have a preschooler who will be coming to kindergarten next year, and you are curious about that transition?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then please take a few minutes to watch this video.  It will show you what a typical day is like for a kindergarten student in the Leominster Public Schools.  There are clips from Bennett, Priest Street, Johnny Appleseed, Southeast, Northwest, and Fall Brook because our kindergarten program is spread out across the district.  You will see that our kindergarten students' days are filled with hands-on learning and exciting explorations, whether during reading, writer's workshop, math or science.  There is so much to see and do in kindergarten!
