This
is an exciting time to start a career in the Culinary Arts field.
The arrays of career opportunities to choose from are bountiful.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the National
Education Foundation, tremendous growth is projected into the year
2008 - 2010.
The mission of the Culinary Arts program is to provide skills
necessary to enter the work force or continue onto higher
education. Students acquire a combination of occupational training
and academic excellence, which provides the best possible job
preparation for students. Additionally, students are encouraged to
look at themselves in terms of their own values and goals.

The Culinary Arts program is a hands-on operation running both an
a la carte restaurant and bakery. The students in the program are
responsible for the day-to-day production procedures of a
