Monthly Meetings
General PTO Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month at Northwest School in the Cafeteria beginning at 7:00 PM.  See exact dates listed in our "Proposed Schedule of Events". Please come and join our supportive efforts on behalf of the students at Northwest.

PTO Goals
1. Assist the teachers and other educational professionals in providing our children with the resources they need to acquire the very best education possible at Northwest School.

2. Foster a sense of community between all school constituents: student, family and faculty at Northwest School.

PTO Success Depends of YOU!
Successful PTO endeavors greatly depend on the shared and active input of you, our parents, our teachers and students. Any level of participation will make a positive difference and is appreciated. All parents have busy lives outside of school, but if everyone does a little bit, we can accomplish a lot for our children, the students of Northwest School. If you're wondering how to become involved and not quite sure where to begin, we've included some suggestions below.

1. Come to PTO Meetings.  You'll become much more informed as to what is going on and coming up. You will also have an opportunity for input in organizational decisions, and we want to represent the views of our parents and families.

2. Attend school and PTO sponsored programs and functions. This provides a great opportunity to mingle, meet other parents and make new friends.

3. Participate in fundraising endeavors. We are always trying new and exciting programs that will raise funds to support worthwhile projects at the school.

4. Volunteer to help out at one or more of the PTO events. Fill-out a Volunteer Interest Form (see file on bottom of page) or contact a PTO Board Member for assistance in signing up to participate. There are many opportunities that require only a few hours of your time.
